Return & Exchange Policy

Molly & Tutu, understands that your experience in being part of our history when purchasing an accessory, is special.  

You, our customer, are important to us, so we want to meet your expectations, even in the event of an unforeseen event, resulting in the return of the purchased product.

To better serve you, we analyze each situation so that we can offer a good solution for the return of the product. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt to let us know and send us the product back.

In some cases, return shipping is free. If by our fault, you received an item that is defective or different from the one you purchased, Molly & Tutu, will  replace it with the same item.  In this case, we will refund the return shipping amount and the return period will be up to 30 days.

In case of regret in colors, weave or collection  chosen by the customer and even wrong informed measure, the responsibility will be the customer, as well as bearing the costs of return shipping.

In any case, the product must be shipped in the original packaging, accompanied by the invoice and accessories. It is imperative that the product has no evidence that it has been used, unless it is problems with the product.

When we receive the product, we will analyze if the return conditions are within the established criteria. When sending the product, the reason for the return and the data of the person who is returning.



Return & Exchange Policy

Purchases made by credit card, we will notify the card company. Refunds may take 10 to 15 business days to appear on your customer's credit card statement or bank account, depending on the financial institution.
