NEET 2020 Exam Overview
Before we discuss the NEET 2020 question paper with solutions pdf download, let us have a quick look at the NEET 2020 exam overview.
Exam date: NEET 2020 was conducted on September 13 and October 14, 2020. The exam was postponed twice due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Exam mode: NEET 2020 was conducted in offline mode (pen-paper based). Candidates had to mark their answers on OMR sheets using a ballpoint pen.
Exam pattern: NEET 2020 had a total of 180 multiple choice questions from Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (Botany and Zoology). Each question carried four marks and one mark was deducted for every incorrect answer. The total duration of the exam was three hours.
Exam syllabus: NEET 2020 syllabus was based on the topics covered in class 11 and class 12 NCERT textbooks of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. The syllabus was not reduced or changed due to the COVID-19 situation.
Number of candidates: According to NTA, a total of 15,97,433 candidates registered for NEET 2020, out of which 13,66,945 appeared for the exam. The overall attendance was around 85%.
Difficulty level: According to most of the candidates and experts, NEET 2020 was moderately difficult. Physics was considered to be the toughest section, followed by Chemistry and Biology. The questions were mostly based on NCERT textbooks and concepts.
Cut off and result: NTA released the official answer key and result of NEET 2020 on October 16, 2020. The cut off marks for general category candidates was 720-147, for general-EWS category candidates was 146-113, for OBC/SC/ST category candidates was 146-113, and for PwD category candidates was 146-129. The highest score obtained by two candidates was 720 out of 720.

Comparison with Previous Year Papers If we compare the NEET 2020 question paper with the previous year papers, we can observe some similarities and differences.
The overall difficulty level of NEET 2020 was similar to NEET 2019, but slightly higher than NEET 2018.
